Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During high-demand periods such as sales, limited drops, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping: 5 to 10 business days Expedited shipping: 2 to 5 business days Free shipping on orders $75 and above: 5 to 10 business days All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping Canada & Mexico: 7 to 14 business days Europe: 10 to 21 business days Asia / Pacific: 14 to 28 business days Rest of world: 14 to 30 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, a second email with your tracking number will be sent. Use that number to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your building first. If it still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Gonzales Artworks Lab is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
